2. Description of Service

rayglobe.io is a web-based monitoring service that allows users to track the performance of their websites using Lighthouse audits. The service provides automated, recurring audits and reports on key web performance metrics.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only add websites to the service that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to monitor. Monitoring websites without the owner's permission is strictly prohibited.

By using the service, you agree not to:

• Use the service to disrupt, overload, or interfere with any website or server
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service without prior written consent
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are listed on our website. Pricing is determined per organization and per chosen plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. No payment is required to start a trial.

You will receive a reminder email 7 days before the trial ends. When the trial expires, the payment method on file will be charged automatically at the rate of your selected plan. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel before the trial ends.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. After the free trial ends, your subscription is billed monthly on a recurring basis. You will receive an email notification before each renewal.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Organization > Billing section of your account, which will redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal. You can also manage your subscription via the link included in your confirmation emails.

Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to an inactive state.

8. Refund Policy

Since we offer a free trial period, we do not provide refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

9. Privacy

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Details on how we collect, use, and protect your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability & Liability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inaccuracies in audit results. Our monitoring results are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole measure of website performance.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the service or billing, please contact us at wieland@rayglobe.io. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
